HOKA set out to launch the Koshi Tan Tan colourway across two silhouettes, one built for the road and one for the trail, with a focus on placing each shoe within its natural environment. The concept followed two runners as they moved through contrasting landscapes, cutting between urban streets and open trail to reflect the distinct purpose of each model.

Built around pace, rhythm, and momentum, the film was designed to feel fast and powerful, translating energy through movement and environment. A piece that positions each shoe not just as product, but as a driver of performance within its respective terrain.
